Nordic Reef ApS handling of personal data complies with the Danish Data Protection Act. The customer can contact Nordic Reef ApS for information on what data is held about the customer, or if the customer require information to be deleted or corrected. Information on the customer – name, address, e-mail telephone number – is only used to fulfil the customer's order and to contact the customer if any unforeseen problems arise with the delivery. Nordic Reef ApS does not under any circumstances pass the customer's details on to any third party. Neither does Nordic Reef ApS use information for marketing purposes, including sending of e-mails with advertising content, unless the customer has accepted to receive such marketing. Information concerning the customer's order and any other information on the customer is kept for 5 years, after which the information is automatically deleted. Information is kept in order to ensure correct handling of any complaints and for statistic marketing purposes.end it back to us.
